Senior ML Engineer

Sr ML Engineer drives the development of predictive analytics capabilities. She/he is expected to lead by example, demonstrating KONE values and deep expertise in Data & Analytics domain. This role requires strong independence, ownership of tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Unique Selling Point:

A growth-oriented position combining technical leadership and hands-on development in predictive analytics, enabling impact at scale across KONE’s maintenance intelligence solutions.

Deliverables include:

• Designing and developing scalable machine learning and data pipelines on AWS.
• Ensuring code quality and operational robustness through professional Python/PySpark development, unit testing, and CI/CD.
• Contributing to model deployment and MLOps practices (e.g., MLflow, DVC, inference and training infrastructure).
• Supporting team-wide DevOps, IAC, and Databricks workflows.
• Collaborating across functions to enhance data-driven maintenance through ML.

• Required expertise: SQL, Python/PySpark, AWS (e.g., Lambda, Glue, S3, ECS), CI/CD (GitLab/Jenkins), Databricks, IAC (Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK), Kafka, MLOps.
