We're seeking an AI Implementation Intern to support our team by getting hands-on with our platform, building the intelligent conversational agents that deliver real value to our clients.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and proactive AI Implementation Intern. This is an ideal opportunity for someone finishing their studies or at the beginning of their career who wants to gain practical experience in the exciting field of applied Generative AI. You'll work directly with our proprietary low-code platform, turning client needs into functional and engaging AI agents.

This role is perfect for someone with a quantitative mindset, a knack for logical thinking, and a deep fascination with how Generative AI, prompts, and AI pipelines work. Key Responsibilities:

• AI Agent Implementation: Use the indigo.ai low-code platform to build, configure, and refine AI agents, orchestrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and constructing generative AI pipelines using functions and variables.
• Conversational Flow Design: Translate customer requirements and business needs into logical, effective, and natural-sounding conversational flows for AI agents.
• Knowledge Base Preparation: Analyze customer documentation and data, identifying key information and imagining the transformations needed to make it optimally readable and usable by AI agents.
• Integration Configuration: Set up and configure API calls directly within the platform to integrate AI agents with third-party systems, enabling them to fetch information and perform actions.

You will need:

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a quantitative field or demonstrating equivalent analytical ability.
• Logical & Quantitative Aptitude: Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of logical structures. Comfortable thinking step-by-step, like understanding how code executes.
• Generative AI Passion: Demonstrable interest and hands-on experience with Generative AI, you actively experiment with prompting techniques, understand the concept of AI agents, and grasp how generative pipelines function.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the Italian language (C1 level required) is crucial for crafting high-quality conversational content. Good understanding of English for technical documentation.
• Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. In our startup environment, taking the responsibility to ask for help when needed and fostering connection with teammates is key.
• Precision & Commitment to Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail. Understanding that every setting and word matters in creating a high-performing AI agent.

We will really like (but they are not required):

• Programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Service Design principles or tools (e.g., Miro, Figma).

Where is the work?

This position is fully remote, so there's no need to be in a specific location to do your work. That said, we have an amazing office at SPACES, Piazza Gae Aulenti 1/Torre B in Milan, available to anyone who wants to use it. We also love getting together and organize various retreats and meetups throughout the year to stay connected.
