Senior Full Stack developer (Developer II)

TITLE- Senior Full Stack developer   
 
What you will do

In this role, you will be part of the product development team to manage & deliver new product functionalities,
modify existing product functionalities, improve product functionalities or provide L3 support as required.

The Developer will work with the Product manager & Engineering Manager with minimum technical guidance in
the Software development team lead for the design, development and test of software programs for various cloud
ecosystems.

You will work within a multi-disciplined engineering team consisting of electronics engineers, mechanical
engineers, firmware engineers, software engineers, programmers and scientists focusing on applied research and
new technology innovations to provide new and improved products and IOT solutions for our customers in the
Building Management System domain.

How you will do it
 
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform architecture and technical requirements.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies and ensure the platform's performance, security, and
reliability.
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous
improvement.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and
documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the platform remains
competitive.
• Design software code, technical specifications & feasibility study.
• Participate in Analysis, code & unit testing.
• Identify, analyze and resolve complex cloud IOT inadequacies.
• Review and provide feedback on product functional specifications. 
• Participate in product development meetings, design reviews and code reviews.
• Prepare the documentation as per ISO QMS guidelines & Participate in Quality Management System
reviews
• Makes recommendations for changes to product development guidelines & standards.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the development realm through interaction with other groups,
communication with external experts and suppliers and independent research. 
 
    
What we look for

6 - 8 years of relevant software design, development and testing experience. Software platform development
experience preferred. Working knowledge of building automation and industrial automation systems will be an
added advantage.

Skills 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development and platform architecture.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .net core.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical skills in 
o Angular 6.x and above  
o DOT NET Core Web API , .Net MVC
o Database – primarily Postgres, 
o HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3 
o Unit Testing, 
o Redis Cache 
• Preferred to have 
o Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
o Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning.
o Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
