Your Mission
The AI, Data and Analytics Team is looking for a technical leader to join our team. Your mission is to lead Stellantis' design and implementation of data quality, accessibility, compliance and security solutions.
Priorities can change in a fast-paced environment, so this role includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
● Design, build and evolve data quality profiling, analysis and solution to ensure accuracy and completeness
● Design, build and evolve data quality reporting solutions to enforce standards and ensure consistency
● Build and evolve solutions to populate the data catalog to allow users to understand lineage
● Build and maintain solutions to ensure data archiving and retention compliance across all regions
● Design, build and manage the data access controls solution to ensure compliance across all user teams
● Design, build and manage Stellantis' Compliance by Design Solution to proactively address privacy and security risks
● Build and maintain Data Subject Access Rights (DSAR) solutions to ensure compliance across all regions
● Govern data pipeline policies to ensure all data flows are secure, reliable and compliant
● Oversee data breach incident responses, implementation solutions to minimize the need for remedial activities
● You will collaborate cross functionally with Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Product Management teams to support new product and feature launches
● You will develop end-to-end operational processes and procedures to standardize troubleshooting via runbooks
● You will partner with Data Governance and Data Management Product Management to ensure tenets, standards, procedures are in place for the Data Stewards Network
Top Performers will be able to demonstrate
● Comprehensive experience with cloud computing, online services, web applications, and data analytics.
● Experience implementing privacy policies in an international business that engages in business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions
● A working knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA, CPIPL, and other state, federal and international privacy laws, regulations and industry best practices.
● Knowledge of the analytics needs of multiple functional areas of a technology business (e.g., engineering, product, data science, marketing)
● Experience working with large, cross-functional teams spread across multiple locations
● Comfort with translating ambiguous high-level analytics questions into concrete engineering asks
● Strong communication skills, especially with technical writing and executive-level presentations
● Strong leadership skills in the establishment and subsequent development of your team's goals, talent, and growth
Profil
● MA/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline preferred
● 5+ years of experience working as a product manager, data scientist or data engineer
● Comprehensive experience using Python, SQL, Scala, and Spark
● Significant experience working with Big Data platforms (i.e. Databricks, AWS S3, Google BigQuery, Azure, etc.)
● Proactive leadership leads to a positive impact on the team's culture
