AI Expert on Analog Design Flow

Context

Design Enablement – Analog department, is providing custom EDA (Electronic Design Automation) design software tools and solutions for the design teams working on analog, mixed A/D signal and RF integrated circuits.

Your Qualification

• Master of Science - last year of electrical engineer school
• Proficient with Python language development
• Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models and data science libraries in Python (e.g., tensorflow, pytorch, pandas, numpy)
• Knowledge/experience in Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), and Transformers is a plus
• Experience in Linux environment ‒ all our development tools are running on this platform
• Versioning/data-management tools
• Cadence Virtuoso knowledge
• Good level of English is required (attendance to meetings / presentations with international team, reading and writing of documentation)
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team

Your Responsibility

• As part of NXP Digital Transformation 2.0, research and develop Artificial Intelligence methodologies in the NXP Analog Design flow
• Collaborating with Architects in order to identify new requirements
• Implement solutions in systems
• Documentation the new methodologies and their operations

This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. However, we are open to discuss a part-time opportunity (between 32 and 38 hours) as well.

You will be reporting to the Financial Compliance manager, who is based in Hamburg. You will work closely together with our Global Subsidy Controller, who is based in Eindhoven, and you will be part of our larger Corporate Accounting team with presence around the globe. From a stakeholder perspective you will work directly with many Finance, R&D and business colleagues across Europe, and not to forget you will be the first contact for the auditors covering the IPCEI matters.
