Are you passionate about pioneering the future of autonomous AI systems and eager to solve real-world problems with cutting-edge agentic solutions? The Strategic Accounts Specialist Solutions Architecture (SSA) team at AWS partners with our most advanced customers to develop transformative solutions leveraging AWS’s comprehensive AI/ML stack. As a GenAI Solutions Architect specializing in agentic systems, you’ll architect multi-agent ecosystems where specialized AI agents collaborate through sophisticated orchestration frameworks to solve complex enterprise challenges.

You’ll design autonomous agent architectures that leverage Amazon Bedrock’s advanced capabilities for reasoning, planning, and execution across enterprise workflows. Working directly with product teams, you’ll influence AWS’s agentic AI roadmap while helping customers implement agent broker patterns, supervisor patterns, and multi-agent collaboration frameworks that enable AI systems to perceive environments, make decisions, and take actions with minimal human oversight. You’ll conduct performance evaluations of agent reasoning capabilities, develop compelling demos showcasing autonomous AI workflows, and create proof-of-concepts that demonstrate how agentic systems can transform business processes through goal-directed operation.

In this role, you’ll shape the future of enterprise AI while continuously developing novel solutions to complex business challenges. Using AWS’s comprehensive AI stack including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, and Amazon Q, you’ll implement agentic systems with advanced capabilities including memory retention, cognitive processing, and retrieval augmented generation. You’ll design solutions that enable AI agents to break down user requests, gather relevant information through perception modules, and efficiently complete multistep tasks through cognitive modules that employ deep learning, reinforcement learning, and probabilistic reasoning.
At AWS, you’ll pioneer the next frontier in computing by creating AI agents that go beyond content generation to autonomously execute tasks, interact with enterprise systems, and make real-time decisions. Whether implementing CrewAI frameworks for collaborative agent teams or designing custom agent workflows for specific industry challenges, you’ll help organizations build scalable, maintainable AI systems that evolve with their business needs and drive unprecedented transformation across industries.
