About The Opportunity

OKX is building a next-generation AI-driven growth engine to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention through intelligent, product-led features powered by state-of-the-art LLMs and agent architectures.    We are seeking an AI Product Manager, Growth, to spearhead the development and execution of AI-driven growth features on our platform. This role demands deep expertise in prompt engineering for rapid iteration, hands-on experience building and maintaining AI agents and MCP, and a proven track record of launching AI products from 0 to 1, ideally in financial services.  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement AI-driven growth strategies that leverage product features and viral loops to increase user acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
• Prompt Engineering & Rapid Prototyping: Lead prompt design and optimization, enabling real-time experimentation and iteration of AI-powered features without heavy engineering cycles.
• AI Agents & MCP Platform Development: Architect, build, and maintain AI agent frameworks and a scalable Model Compute Platform (MCP) to orchestrate complex workflows across trading and customer service systems.
• 0–1 Product Launch: Drive end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization, with a focus on AI features in fintech contexts.
• Market & Technology Research: Continuously scan the AI landscape by reading leading research papers (e.g., “Attention Is All You Need”) and industry news to inform roadmap decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and operations to prioritize initiatives, align stakeholders, and ensure rapid delivery of growth features.
  
  

What We Look For In You

• Experience: 5+ years in product management, including 1+ years in AI-focused roles with growth orientation.
• Prompt Engineering Expertise: Proven ability to design and refine prompts for LLMs to drive feature accuracy and performance.
• AI Agents Services: Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (digital coworkers with memory).
• 0–1 Product Delivery: Demonstrated success in launching AI products from concept to market, preferably in financial or fintech domains.
• Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of transformer architectures and LLM internals.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional data-driven decision-making, strategic thinking, and clear communication abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
