- Design, build, and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into compensation, performance, and incentive metrics.
- Track key indicators such as quota attainment, ARR, headcount ROI, and performance-based payouts.
- Own Data Infrastructure:
- Develop, optimize, and manage data models using SQL, Snowflake, and Python.
- Build pipelines that enable seamless access to compensation, HR, and performance data from various systems (e.g., CRM, HRIS, financial tools).

- Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans and suggest enhancements based on performance trends and business objectives.
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives related to sales planning, incentive optimization, and workforce modeling.
- Develop & Integrate Advanced Dashboards:
- Create dynamic, executive-level dashboards using Power BI to communicate trends, outcomes, and recommendations in an intuitive and action-oriented way.
- Ensure visualization best practices are applied to improve clarity, interactivity, and adoption.
- Support Data-Driven Decision-Making:
- Deliver clear, compelling insight decks to senior leaders.
- Translate quantitative findings into strategic recommendations with business impact.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Act as a key liaison between HR, Finance, and Sales Ops, ensuring alignment on data governance, reporting standards, and business KPIs.
- Lead or support special projects and cross-functional workstreams as needed.
