Senior Operations Support – Data Analytics

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analytics Specialist to support operations within the Data Analytics functional area. This key personnel role requires extensive knowledge and proven leadership in analytics to guide junior and mid-level contractors, provide strategic insight, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience related to the labor category.

• Capabilities:

  • Proficient in complex data analytics tasks.

  • Ability to perform independently with high-quality outcomes.

  • Demonstrated capability to lead and provide oversight to junior and mid-level team members.

  • Experience in training other data analytics professionals to ensure competency.

  • Strong supervisory skills to manage and ensure satisfactory support across the analytics team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: More than 12 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced data analytics tasks and support operations at a high level of expertise.

• Lead and mentor less experienced personnel to improve team capability and project delivery.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks to an excellent standard.

• Train new and existing data analytics personnel to maintain a high level of competency across the team.

• Supervise and manage a team of analytics contractors to meet project goals and maintain contract standards.

Target salary range: $120k-163$k. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
