The ConnectiveRx Data Manager specializes in managing and ensuring the quality of program data collected throughout their assigned programs. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of program data collection, cleaning, validation, and delivery to our customers. Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. Performs complex tasks typically following established processes. Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection: Ensuring that program data is captured accurately and completely using ConnectiveRx’s systems, whether from patients/caregivers, providers or supporting staff.
- Program Data Cleaning and Validation: Identifying and resolving program data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies to ensure data integrity
- Data Management: Overseeing the flow of data from collection to analysis, including data storage, retrieval, and reporting. Ensuring program business rule are running as expected and any business rule violations are identified and addressed, as needed.
- Change Management: Handling and managing requests for data changes, ensuring that all alterations are documented and tracked accurately. (i.e., “zaps”)
- Compliance: Adhering to regulatory guidelines related to data management.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other members of the program team, including clients, Program Managers, technical programming resources ,etc.
- Training and Support: Providing training and support to program team members regarding ConnectiveRx’s data portals and reporting
- SLAs: Assists with the tools and reporting to manage program SLAs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of patient services data management processes.
- Proficiency in patient services systems and technologies.
- SQL coding knowledge
- Understanding of BI platforms (i.e. Looker and Tableau a plus)
- Ability to design and implement complex database schemas, use advanced SQL features like CTEs and window functions, and perform query optimization for large datasets.
- Ability to automate data cleaning processes, handle large datasets efficiently, and use advanced techniques such as feature engineering and data normalization.
- Ability to design and develop interactive dashboards, creating complex
- visualizations, and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Ability to write and debug code, and use version control systems. Python preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage directly with stakeholders (clients and internal), presenting insights and responding to queries with confidence and clarity.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to interpret program performance through the program data
