We are looking for a skilled and visionary AI Product Architect to join our cross architecture CX team. As AI becomes increasingly embedded within the fabric of SAP applications, this role is pivotal in helping bridge across the applications within SAP CX. You’ll play a key part in shaping and defining the vision for AI in CX, both within the specific applications and across. Collaborate with CX and wider SAP teams, work with the Head of AI to and drive innovation at the heart of SAP CX to bring the full potential of AI to our Customers.

The Role:

As a AI Product Architect, you will collaborate with CX Applications and guide our the teams in maximizing the potential of AI at SAP both within the applications and across the applications. With your expertise and deep understanding of AI, you’ll ensure that AI is delivering true business value (and not there just for the label), gaining strong adoption all while protecting and respecting customer data privacy and security. Your role will involve driving cross-functional coordination and delivering a unified customer experience and will be responsible for maintaining an overall CX backlog of AI use cases. You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, CX Head of AI and others to shape, define and drive delivery of a truly outstanding AI experience for all CX Applications.

What you bring:

We’re looking for a skilled professional with the expertise and drive to lead our SAP CX AI journey. Essential qualifications include:

· Strong understanding of AI - ‘traditional’ (ML based), Generative, Agentic and more

· A Customer oriented mindset to always think about how AI can help our Customers (and potentially also internal teams), but also strong enough to say where AI is NOT the right technology to use.

· Strong architectural background with hands-on experience in large-scale SaaS environments.

· Proven leadership and negotiation skills to drive collaboration across teams.

· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to navigate complex technical landscapes.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 189800 - 322500(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
