Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Data Scientist who thrives on solving complex problems through intelligent systems design, big data analysis, and automation. In this role, you will develop end-to-end data solutions that enable human direction to be interpreted by machines and vice versa—ultimately enhancing product performance and delivering deeper insights to our teams.

This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with engineering, product, and service teams to turn massive and diverse data sets into practical intelligence that supports innovation and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and program methods and systems that consolidate and analyze unstructured, high-volume data from disparate sources
  • Build infrastructure and automation pipelines that enable seamless communication between systems
  • Develop and implement statistical models, algorithms, and machine learning tools to generate predictive insights
  • Support machine learning engineers by building robust and scalable data pipelines and frameworks
  • Act as a bridge between human input and machine understanding—translating ambiguous direction into structured processes
  • Leverage AI tools to improve human-in-the-loop interactions and intelligent automation
  • Create automated processes to clean, merge, and evaluate large and varied datasets
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across all platforms
  • Design dashboards and visualizations to highlight key metrics and outcomes
  • Clearly interpret and communicate complex findings to business, service, and product stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 9 years of experience in data science
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and tools/libraries for data science (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.)
  • Experience developing data tools for cross-functional teams
  • Background in AI/ML systems with emphasis on scalable deployment and human-in-the-loop workflows
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools
  • Hands-on experience working with large, unstructured, and structured datasets
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, automation, and model deployment
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or custom dashboards
  • Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable business insights
