About the role

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud & AI Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce Data Cloud and AI initiatives. This is a senior-level, hands-on technical role responsible for shaping the architecture and strategy for real-time customer data unification, AI-powered decisioning, and scalable activation across Salesforce and connected systems.


As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with enterprise architects, data engineers, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business value through intelligent automation and personalized customer engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Data Cloud Ownership

  • Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable data pipelines and unified profile models within Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Define and implement identity resolution strategies and calculated insights based on business requirements
  • Govern data quality, transformation logic, and consent management across internal and third-party sources
  • Align Data Cloud capabilities with enterprise data strategy and customer experience goals

 

AI & Personalization Strategy

  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce Einstein features (GPT, Prediction Builder, Next Best Action, Recommendation Builder)
  • Translate business objectives into AI use cases and recommend the appropriate Salesforce or external AI tools
  • Evaluate and integrate generative AI and predictive modeling solutions using Salesforce or custom APIs (OpenAI, Amazon SageMaker, etc.)
  • Drive adoption and responsible usage of AI across departments

 

Solution Design & Enablement

  • Guide technical teams in best practices for platform architecture, metadata deployment, and secure integration patterns
  • Ensure reusability and scalability of components through configuration frameworks, templates, and process automation
  • Mentor junior staff and support upskilling across the Salesforce and data team
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure solution alignment and successful project delivery


Reporting & Optimization

  • Build real-time analytics dashboards in CRM Analytics to monitor customer behavior, AI outcomes, and campaign performance
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for data unification and AI-enabled use cases
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle strategies

 

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, including deep knowledge of CRM architecture and customer data strategy
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or similar enterprise-grade CDP platforms
  • Strong technical understanding of data modeling, stream/batch ingestion, identity resolution, and consent frameworks
  • Experience leading deployments of Salesforce Einstein products (Einstein GPT, Discovery, Next Best Action, Bots)
  • Expertise in SOQL, SQL, and data transformation logic
  • Familiarity with integration patterns using APIs, Informatica, or ETL tools
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy implications in a CRM contex
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and drive technical strategy

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as:
    • Data Cloud Consultan
    • AI Associate
  • Experience with CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or external AI/ML platforms
  • Familiarity with Python, JSON, or RESTful APIs for extending AI capabilities or building custom data connectors
