Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Yield Integrator to join our dynamic team. The Yield Integrator will play a crucial role in optimizing and driving production End to End yield and ensuring the quality of our NAND memory products. This role requires a strong understanding on yield computation and ability to drive action towards meeting the goals. Background in coding, SQL  along with the ability to maintain web services and knowledge in SPOTFIRE will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and drive actions to improve End to End Yield.
• Develop and implement algorithms and methodologies to identify and address yield issues.
• Design and maintain web services for data analysis and visualization.
• Utilize coding skills to automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Implement AI Techniques to develop predictive yield models and optimize production & Test performance.
• Work closely with engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce scraps.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield performance and product quality.
• Provide regular reports and updates on yield metrics and performance.
• Able to sustain existing process systems and knowledge in Server Maintenance will be added advantage.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience in yield engineering or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong coding skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong data analysis and statistical techniques.
• Knowledge of database systems and data management.
• Knowledge on AI and machine learning algorithms will be added advantage.
• Familiarity with semiconductor assembly process and test methodology.
• Experience in web service development and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
