Product Manager - AI Platform and Solutions

Role description:

Arcadis is looking to hire a Product Manager – AI Platform & Solutions who will play a key role ensuring alignment between AI strategy, governance, risk management, and our Products and Solutions. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and AI specialists to drive AI adoption and innovation across Arcadis.

Role accountabilities:

As Product Owner AI Platform & Solutions, your primary responsibilities include:

• Product Ownership & Strategy:
  • Help define and execute the roadmap for AI platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize AI backlog and develop scalable AI solutions.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for AI platform-related development, guiding teams through Agile development cycles.
• Strategic Planning & Operations:
  • Develop and oversee AI implementation roadmaps to drive AI adoption across the business.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize AI initiatives and manage the AI backlog.
  • Coordinate between AI teams, business leaders, and IT governance teams.
• Executive Communications & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Manage AI-related communications for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), preparing reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Serve as a key liaison for AI-related audits and regulatory inquiries, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on managing AI-driven products and solutions.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Lead, or similar role in AI/ML-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, NLP, and AI model deployment.
• Experience with managing Agile developments, backlogs, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating between business, technical, and IT governance teams.
• Solid experience in preparing executive-level reports, insights, and strategic recommendations related to AI initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for driving AI innovation
