What You Will Do:
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting assets (such as reports, scorecards, and dashboards) by gathering and analyzing data required to assess progress toward attainment of goals/targets/KPIs across a variety of programs and projects for a broad set of stakeholders.
- Collaborate and communicate with partner data and analytics teams across the company to share data needs and plan how to address them in the most efficient manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve how data is shared, communicated, and integrated into decision-making processes to benefit business stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting related to special projects or initiatives. Ensure adherence to all applicable data privacy and compliance requirements, internal data standards and best practices, and develop adequate documentation for all assets owned, created, or maintained.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Data Management, Information Technology or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
- Must have four (4) years of experience with data analysis, including obtaining, transforming, moving, sorting, exploring, and joining data or data sets, in the context of answering business questions, identifying patterns, analyzing root cause, or reporting progress.
- Must have three (3) years of experience with: SQL or other relevant scripting language or automation experience to query, segment/parse, or move data; and Tableau or other data visualization tool.
- Must have two (2) years of experience with: completing high quality data-focused work product, including dashboard or other visualization, data analysis report, KPI or business scorecard, or data mapping or documentation that meets articulated scope, business requirements, and delivery timelines; and data ecosystems and related technologies, policies, and trends.

The salary range for this position is $106,766 - $166,570. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
