The role

We are hiring a Product Manager, AI Products, to drive the development of our most critical AI-powered user-facing features. You will lead cross-functional teams in building new AI-native experiences, ensuring that they are powerful, reliable, and transformative for legal professionals.
This is a high-impact role where you will work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research, product design, and real-world legal workflows. You will collaborate closely with our AI engineering, product design, and customer success teams to define, ship, and continuously improve innovative AI features that directly shape how thousands of lawyers work every day.
You must have a proven track record of successfully shipping AI products — understanding how to translate the latest AI advances into real-world, high-value applications for users.

What you will be doing:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for new AI-powered features, from idea to launch and iteration.
• Work closely with AI engineers to explore the latest models, prompt engineering techniques, and system designs.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive, and delightful product experiences for legal users
• Define product strategy and roadmaps for AI initiatives, aligning with broader company goals.
  
• Balance innovation with feasibility, regulatory considerations, and real-world user needs.
• Establish success metrics, track outcomes, and iterate rapidly based on user feedback and model performance.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams, legal subject-matter experts, and customers.
• Stay deeply informed about the evolving AI landscape — from foundational model advances to emerging regulatory trends.

Who you are

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years shipping AI-powered products.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with AI/ML teams, understanding core concepts like LLMs, embeddings, model fine-tuning, RAG systems, or prompt engineering.
• Track record of delivering successful AI products in production — not just prototypes or experiments.
  
• Comfortable reasoning about model limitations, tradeoffs, reliability, and user trust when deploying AI
• Strong product sense — able to translate cutting-edge AI into practical, valuable, and intuitive experiences for users.
  
• Exceptional communication skills: able to align engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with ambitious goals.
• Passionate about the transformative potential of AI and excited to shape its real-world impact.
