AI Competence Lead, Multiple Locations

We are looking for an AI Competence Lead to join our team. 

In this role, you’ll lead our AI competence area, which supports all business units — from software to product development. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can drive the practical use of AI across design, software, testing, and beyond.

Our experts work in different industries – from space and defense to medical, machinery and vehicles. As our AI Lead, you play a key role in bringing experts from these different industries together to co-create the best solutions. You also work with key customer projects and support pre-sales activities. 

You know how to set a clear direction, understand technical possibilities and solutions, and lead projects to success — all while valuing people, teamwork, and collaboration. You’re an inspiring leader with a strong customer focus and a collaborative mindset.

What do we expect from you?

• A degree with AI related studies or relevant hands-on experience
• Proven track record in AI projects – both cloud and on-premises
• Experience in project management or competence development
• Good communication skills in English, preferably also in Finnish
• A collaborative mindset of continuous development

Nice to haves:

• Work experience in software, defense, space, medical, or other similar industries
• Understanding of software or product development processes
• Experience using parallel computing (e.g. CUDA) to HW accelerate AI
• AI and cloud certifications
• Experience in working with security – whether in software, systems, or another relevant area
