About the role

Reporting to the Commercial Data Team, this Commercial Data Analyst Sr position at PT Blue Bird Tbk' offers an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role in supporting the company's commercial initiatives through data-driven insights. As a full-time employee, you will be based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse and interpret complex financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain customised reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data analysis techniques
• Mentor and guide more junior members of the data analytics team

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in a commercial data analysis or business intelligence role
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact data-driven projects and initiatives
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial analysis
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, or data science
