Platforms & Data Product Owner

🚀 About the Role

Joining Witco means becoming part of a leading European WorkTech company, specialized in workspace management and employee experience. As a Platforms & Data Product Owner, you will play a central role in strengthening Witco's technology foundation and data capabilities to drive customer satisfaction and business acceleration.

Reporting directly to the VP Product, you will be responsible for the definition and delivery of three key value propositions:

- Transversal technological services within the Witco application (authentication, navigation, etc.)
- Operational maintenance of an integrated solution

- Maximization of Witco’s data potential to fuel strategic ambitions

You will coordinate daily with Developers, Data Engineers, Analysts, and other teams across the company.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for transversal technical services, integrated solutions, and data, ensuring maximum client value.

• Gather, consolidate, and prioritize problems and needs from stakeholders; write user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Lead a team of 4 developers in Agile methodology and animate coordination with Data Engineers and Analysts.

• Ensure project planning, communicate risks and impacts, manage backlog prioritization, and guarantee delivery timelines.

• Support and continuously improve transversal services (authentication, navigation, etc.), monitor operational performance of integrated solutions.

• Foster the adoption and exploitation of data across teams, developing relevant dashboards and promoting a data-driven culture.

🧠 Profile We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or working closely with technical teams (data project experience required).

• Technical curiosity with the ability to understand implemented solutions, test independently, and investigate technical issues.

• Excellent autonomy, communication, rigor, proactivity, and strong stakeholder management skills.

• Solid understanding and application of Agile practices (Scrum), Jira, and office productivity tools such as Microsoft office and Power BI.

• Full professional proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of architecture principles and authentication systems is a strong advantage.
