POSITION SUMMARY

  • The Global Master Data Management Analyst maintains data integrity through entering, profiling, cleansing, and researching data to support Customer and Supplier Master Data in Oracle and other systems in use.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and process new customer and/or vendor creation requests from internal customers.
  • Audit supporting documentation for the creation of Customers and/or Vendors. 
  • Update key information required for new entries into the ERP Databases. 
  • Process all modifications requested and supported for customers/suppliers in relevant ERP database. 
  • Maintain tracking of all requested changes through tickets in DataZen and Sharepoint.
  • Perform data quality updates as requested by data quality group and/or data stewards.
  • Maintain adherence to data process standards, governance, and internal audit requirements. 
  • Strive to have requests processed within SLA of one business day and adhere to month end closings for business. 
  • Follow escalation procedures put in place for problems.
  • Records and submits periodic and/or quarterly transaction records, log sheets and/or trackers.
  • Perform all the above functions within Company policies and procedures. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Management or Business-related course or any other courses related to this field or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills and experience in master data management.
  • Strong Team Effort and Leadership mentality.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Proven proficiency in use of Oracle and/or SAP Proven proficiency in use of MS Office Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Applicable knowledge of Database maintenance through ERP Interface
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. 
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, committed to delivering results, meeting multiple deadlines, and able to work under pressure.
