Who you are:

As a Quantitative Research Analyst II, you have an inquiring mind. You will assist in the conducting research to support the data-driven optimization of Frost’s branch network. You enjoy compiling and organizing complex data in a way that can be utilized with collaborating lines of business. You are eager to accept a challenge and work with others. More than that, this role is about gathering and exploring insights while keeping integrity, caring, and excellence top of mind.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct quantitative research to support the data-driven optimization of Frost’s branch network

  • Compile and organize more complex internally and externally sourced competitive data

  • Utilize ArcGIS to integrate geospatial data into economic and market research models, enhancing insights for strategic investment decisions and regional risk assessments

  • Develop ad-hoc scripts to provide data in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with teammates to visualize data and communicate findings to management

  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably business, mathematics, or statistics

  • 2+ years of data analytics and visualization experience

  • Demonstrated understanding of qualitative and quantitative research and analysis

  • Moderate proficiency in SQL, Tableau, ArcGIS, and working knowledge of additional languages like Python or R

  • Comfortable presenting data to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience managing projects

  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
