ROLE : Visualization Solution Architect
ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Implementation of Visualization solutions to solve business problems by identification of bottlenecks, analysis and diagnosis of pain points through a visualization offering. Key responsibilities on this role may include but not be limited to.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to breakdown complex
• business problems into root issues, recommend and build solutions.
• Previous work experience in building deployable Assets and Accelerators which includes use of Visualization tools and Advance analytics such as regression, classification, clustering, segmentation.
• Fair understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Artificial intelligence concepts.
• Strong data manipulation, modelling and programming skills with experience of working in at least one of the programming languages like R, SAS or Python.
• Extracting actionable insights from large volume of data and Strong data visualization skills.
• Sound knowledge about integration of visualization tools using common connection types such as JDBC ODBC connection, Odata services, Webservices, XML services etc.
• Exposure to both Cloud and on premise connection architectures.
• Certified in at least one of the industry accepted visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, SAC, Power BI etc.
• Sound knowledge about data transformation process and ETL tools.
• Team player, self motivated and passionate about Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Algorithms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in multi country, multi cultural teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 6 plus years of experience in Visualization and Reporting tools, at least 4 years in implementing end to end Visualization solution.
• At least 4 years of experience in Analytics and Visualization related Product development.
• Sound knowledge about Supply chain process and its functional areas.
• Visualization related certification would be an added advantage.

PROCESS KNOWLEDGE

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to breakdown complex business problems into root issues, recommend and build solutions.
• Expertise in at least 2 industries e.g. CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences etc.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

• Good level of understanding of top visualization tools such as Tableau, SAC, Qlik Sense, Qlik View, MS Power Bi, Tibco Spotfire.
• Certified Expert level in at least one visualization tool.
• Deep knowledge and experience in working with Statistical tools such as R, SAS or python.
• Ability to perform key activities such as data preparation, data transformation and creation and embedding advance analytics scripts in a solution.
• Understanding the integration aspects between Visualization Tools with ERP systems or other source systems.
• Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams.
• Sound knowledge about implementation of data management and ETL tools.
• Deep knowledge about implementation of custom integration methods using JDBC ODBC connection, Odata Services, Webservices, XML services etc.

SOFT SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written.
• Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment.
• Conduct trainings and be a mentor for junior team members.
