Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services.  With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN). 

The R&D family at Nokia focuses on developing innovative solutions for next-generation telecommunications networks and services. This group drives technological advancement through cutting-edge research, prototype development, and implementation of new technologies across Nokia's product portfolio.

 

Subfamily Description: The AI & Software Development subfamily specializes in:

• Integration of AI/ML solutions into Nokia's development pipeline
• Automation and optimization of software development processes
• Creation of intelligent tools for developer productivity
• Implementation of smart testing strategies
• Development of predictive maintenance solutions
• Enhancement of code quality through AI-powered analysis

Development & Implementation

• Create and maintain ML models for test optimization
• Implement AI-based code analysis tools
• Contribute to the development of developer assistance tools
• Write clean, documented, and tested code

Research & Analysis

• Research state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions for software development
• participate in proof-of-concept development
• Document research findings and share with the team
   

Collaboration & Communication

• Participate in daily team meetings
• Present progress updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with international team members
• Document technical solutions and processes
• Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions
  
   

• You are persuing a Master Degree
• You have a strong team spirit
• You have good communication skills
• You have an good level of English
