Reporting to the Director of Insights and Sales Enablement, the Analytics Manager organizes complex datasets to uncover valuable insights and communicate these findings effectively to stakeholders. This new role is critical to rebuild our commercial dashboarding and customer performance systems across our Direct and Indirect geographies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analytics, sales processes, and technology solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Insights:
•    Implement advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
•    Gather large dataset from multiple sources, being internal such as sales, margins, CRM activities, marketing, professional education, capital investment, supply chain and external such as clinical publications, congress attendance, hospital specialties.
•    Analyze data to understand trends, potential and market dynamics from global to customer level to generate actionable insights.
•    Establish a customer segmentation and targeting for aligned and focused sales and marketing efforts.
•    Build customer profiles based on internal and external datasets

Reporting and Metrics:
•    Develop and maintain customer level reporting based on leading and lagging key performance indicators (KPIs) 
•    Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, sales efforts, and overall business performance at customer level


Business Reviews:
•    Engage management on deep dives to improve the execution of the sales & marketing strategies
•    Educate Sales & Marketing management layer on how to interpret data and make insights based decisions and actions plans

Collaboration:
•    Provide guidance and support to sales teams in leveraging data and automation tools to enhance performance.
     

QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
•    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, sales operations, or sales automation roles.
•    Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

SKILLS:

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
•    Familiarity with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques is an advantage.
•    Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence business decisions based on data insights.
