Objective:
The Tech Lead – AI Development will strategically lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced technological solutions using Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph) and modern web technologies (Node.js, React.js, TypeScript). This role will ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and effective technology products, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting best practices in engineering and code quality within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Artificial Intelligence & LLMs
• Implement technological solutions using advanced LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.).
• Conduct fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and ongoing performance optimization of AI models.
• Practical integration of AI applications using APIs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• LangChain & LangGraph (Desirable)
• Implement and optimize complex conversational flows using LangChain/LangGraph.
• Effectively integrate LangChain with APIs, databases, and external services.
• Design, develop, and maintain optimized autonomous agents and intelligent systems.
• Backend Development (Node.js & Express.js)
• Create and maintain robust, scalable, and secure REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Manage modular and scalable architecture in Node.js, advanced asynchronous management, and performance optimization.
• Implement advanced security practices (JWT, Passport, CORS).
• Frontend Development (React.js)
• Develop advanced React.js interfaces using hooks and reusable components.
• Efficiently manage global state (Redux, Zustand, React Query, Context API).
• Optimize frontend performance using memoization, lazy loading, suspense, and advanced testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• TypeScript Development
• Utilize advanced TypeScript skills to ensure robust, scalable, readable, and maintainable code.
• Implement software engineering best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, KISS, DRY).

Requirements

Technical Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with AI technologies and LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph (highly desirable).
• Deep backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Advanced frontend development skills with React.js.
• Strong practical knowledge and extensive use of advanced TypeScript.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, APIs, Firestore, PostgreSQL.
• Effective implementation experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud platforms.
• Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Advanced use of Gitflow and collaborative tools (GitHub, GCP Workspace).
