What you will do

 

As a Supply Chain Network Modeler at Stryker, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing our global manufacturing network. You will lead advanced network analytical modeling, leveraging business intelligence and supply chain data to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Working with Coupa SCGx and DG software, you will simulate various business scenarios and translate model outcomes into clear, compelling recommendations for Senior GQO Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Development of Supply Chain Models: Build and maintain end-to-end network models using Coupa Supply Chain Design and Planning software (SCGx and DG), incorporating data from multiple sources including operations and finance.
  • Scenario Analysis and Optimization: Create and analyze multiple business scenarios (e.g., acquisitions, growth, OEE changes) to assess impact on the plant network and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Translate Insights into Business Impact: Interpret complex model outputs and present clear, data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Manage Large-Scale Network Projects: Oversee complex plant network initiatives, ensuring assumptions are accurate and models are aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure Model Accuracy and Integrity: Validate models against real-world performance, calibrate assumptions, and maintain high standards of data integrity and reliability.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with operations, finance, and data analytics teams to align on inputs, share best practices, and ensure consistency in modeling approaches.
  • Document Modeling Processes: Clearly document model design, data sources, assumptions, and constraints to ensure transparency and repeatability.
  • Advance Data and Analytics Capabilities: Contribute to building a scalable and sustainable data and analytics ecosystem that supports long-term insight generation and modeling excellence.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering or a related technical field required.
  • 5 years of experience entailing a deep understanding of the principles and practices of Supply Chain Modelling, Network Design and Data Analytics required.
  • Previous experience using modelling software to analyze manufacturing scenarios is essential.
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc) required.
  • Previous experience of Coupa Software or similar supply chain modelling software required.
  • Experience working with large datasets, cleaning, normalizing and structuring data and constructing reliable ETL workflows.
  • Understanding of key manufacturing cost drivers and interdependencies.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Available to work under a 12-month contract.

Travel Percentage: 20%
