Mercer Türkiye is seeking candidates for Actuarial Analyst role based in the Istanbul office!

We will count on you to:

• Collect, clean, and analyse data to prepare datasets for valuation of long-term employee benefit obligations.

• Perform valuations for various defined benefit plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarising financial outputs related to employee benefit obligations for clients.

• Collaborate closely with Marsh McLennan colleagues to provide actuarial insights that support business objectives and create opportunities within the MMC business.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in actuarial science and technology.

What you need to have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with statistical software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly in both Turkish and English.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
