You will:
As a Data Scientist, you'll be at the heart of our innovation. You'll dive into data, build models, fine-tune algorithms, and deploy solutions in cloud environments. You'll collaborate with data architects, cloud experts, software developers and other IT specialists, weaving together your expertise - to create something extraordinary.
- Develop and deliver AI solutions, including data pre-processing, analysis, modelling, deployment, and maintenance.
- Design, install, test, and maintain data management systems, to meet business requirements.
- Implement scripts for database maintenance, deployment, and ETL operations.
- Manage cloud services (AWS, Azure) and relevant cloud storage systems.
- Monitor data performance and modify infrastructure, to improve pipelines and models.
- Document feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps aligned with the product vision.
- Stay updated with technology trends in data science, data engineering, and AI.
- Execute academic and research projects relevant to the AI organization.
- Support ideation processes with technical and entrepreneurial expertise.
- Identify business opportunities through technology-driven innovation.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing activities, to elevate company expertise in AI.

Maybe you've worked in startups (or another innovative environment), where you didn't just code - you pitched ideas, drove innovation, and created solutions that made a difference. Your craftsmanship in writing exceptional code and delivery of high-quality products are your strengths. You're not just a coder; you are also a team-player, a communicator, an innovator, a social person - who knows how to communicate complex concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in developing and delivering data and AI solutions, as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role. Knowledge of Python, SQL
- Familiarity with big data technologies, like Spark.
- Experience leading and collaborating on cross-functional projects.
- Experience with developing prescriptive solutions to support decision making and experimentation.
Location:
Location for this position is in Sweden at one of our offices in Stockholm, Huskvarna, or Jonsered (outside Gothenburg).
But, with our hybrid working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office at least 2-3 days a week (50%).
