We are looking for a Sr. Manager -BI Analytics for the largest automotive marketplace in Canada.  This role will focus on leading the product analytics and business core metrics reporting and analysis for AutoSync, a division of Trader Corporation.  Ensure that internal stakeholders such as management, marketing, sales, and product managers are provided with consistent, accurate, and insightful reporting & analysis on the drivers of product performance.   Key Areas of Responsibility Data-Driven Products: Function as an analytical partner to our product teams. You'll generate insights and drive a data-driven product development process, ensuring we make decisions rooted in robust analysis.   Customer Understanding: A profound understanding of our users and products will be central to your role. You'll utilize data to understand user needs and behavior patterns and recommend initiatives which improve user experience. You’ll also present data to our external customers showing the value of our products.  Consultative Analytics to Stakeholders: Provide detailed answers to key questions and offer insight-driven recommendations to the business based on product and core KPIs.  Analytical Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a technical leader and mentor within the analytics team. You'll establish best practices for data analysis methodologies, provide guidance on complex analytical problems, and mentor junior analysts to develop their skills. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate analytical thinking throughout the organization and foster a culture where data-informed decision making becomes second nature.  Job Requirements  Education, Experience, and Technical skills: 
· Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science or related field · Minimum 5 years of conducting reporting & analysis in a fast-paced business environment · Demonstrated proficiency using SQL, Google Analytics, and a BI tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, QuickSight, etc.  Required Soft Skills and Competencies:
