Principal Product Manager - Ads Manager (Monetization)

Reddit is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our Ads Manager team within our Ads monetization business. In this role, you will be responsible for evolving our Ads Manager experience to better serve and enable our advertising clients across all industries, verticals, and sizes. This position requires strong product sense, customer empathy, and analytical skills as well as the ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams such as design, data science, and sales/marketing to help take our platform to the next level.

As a principal product manager on the team, you will:
- Define the overall vision and strategy for evolving Reddit’s Ads Manager
- Coach and mentor junior PMs across multiple areas ranging from campaign creation to reporting and dashboard functions
- Set roadmaps for a broad portfolio of products as well as cross functional efforts; define OKRs to guide teams towards driving impact
- Draw deep insight from competitive research and emerging industry trends to inform strategy and product decisions.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and GTM functions to craft and bring the Ads Manager product vision to life
Required Qualifications:
- 8 + years of product management leadership or equivalent experience building, executing and scaling >1M user consumer internet products
- Experience building highly scalable Ads products (Experience with advertiser interfaces such as campaign management tools, dashboards, or creative tooling is desirable)
- Proven experience in building & running high-performing, diverse & inclusive teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage, mentor and motivate a team, as well as align a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal
- A "can do / no excuses" mindset for winning with resource constraints
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Executive-level leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advertiser interfaces such as campaign management tools, dashboards, or creative tooling is a plus
- Technical background (computer science degree or work experience as a software engineer)
- Deep understanding of leveraging modern AI technologies, and has experience deploying AI and machine learning (LLMs) in customer-facing solutions

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
