Senior Data Analyst to KYC-AML Data Analytics team | SEB, Stockholm

What you will be doing:
As a Senior Data Analyst, your role is crucial in driving the data architecture strategy across the KYC organization and its stakeholders. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst that can work as a quantitative risk model developer to join our KYC-AML Data Analytics team.
This role will focus on enhancing, validating, and maintaining Customer Due Diligence (CDD) models within the scope of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) directive as well as delivering insights to the key stakeholders with dashboards and adhoc analysis or other data models. Collaboration, communication, and technical expertise are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze and Interpret Complex Data Sets: Analyze complex data-related problems, propose well-founded solutions, and drive the work from inception to completion.· Design and Implement Data Models and Architectures: Ensure data models represent business concepts and requirements, adhere to industry best practices, and support data sharing, governance, and quality initiatives.· Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Ensure data integrity and security by collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other cross-functional teams.

You have a documented track record in working with data and analytics and know what is required to truly leverage it.
Qualifications:
· Applicants must possess native or professional-level proficiency in Swedish. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered. · Experience in working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI and data warehouses· Proficiency in Python (or Scala, Rust, C++, Go, Julia) · Expertise in data modeling, SQL, and data visualization tools.· Experience in working with GCP Data Stack, especially BigQuery· Strong knowledge of model monitoring techniques, performance metrics, and model validation methodologies· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements.· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.· Having worked in an agile setup.
