About the role
As an AI Architect I, you will be responsible for assessing and designing complex solutions to meet our client’s technology and business needs. We will count on you to manage project teams that consult with our clients to analyze and identify technical requirements.

As an Architect I you will:

• Managing project teams of client and internal personnel for project profitability and consultant utilization. 
• Lead identification of business and technical requirements. 
• Developing project work plans (scope) to meet client requirements. 
• Designing solutions to meet the clients’ complex IT technical requirements

What we’re looking for

• Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline or demonstrated performance in a technical work environment.   
• Minimum of 4 years management experience in a high tech environment.   
• Must have expertise across a wide base of technology and considered proficient in any of the following:  

AI and Machine Learning: Leadership of AI initiatives, including developing predictive models and implementing Generative AI-driven solutions through production and end-user adoption. Experience in designing and implementing machine learning and data science experiments, machine learning operations (MLOps) pipelines, and production deployments. 

• Cloud Computing: Experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions, particularly with Azure and AWS. 
• Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analytics and leading projects involving big data and machine learning in leading platforms and frameworks (Apache Spark, etc) 
• Software Development: Strong background in software engineering, with expertise in various programming languages (Python, SQL, Java, or C++, etc) and frameworks. High level of comfort with development operations (DevOps) and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) best practices.
