MLOps Engineer for a Sustainability SaaS

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Operations Engineer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment, monitoring, re-training, and governance of AI models and solutions in production environments. Your work will be crucial in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement of our AI-driven initiatives.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a hybrid basis for candidates based in Helsinki or on a remote basis for candidates based in Europe.

What you will do:

• Deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to testing and production systems
• Monitor the performance and health of deployed models, ensuring stability and reliability
• Develop and manage pipelines for model re-training 
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for AI models in production
• Collaborate closely with AI developers, data scientists, software engineers and DevOps Engineers to streamline the end-to-end ML lifecycle

What you need:

• Strong experience in MLOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, and model maintenance
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and services (AWS preferred)
• Proficiency with tools such as Docker, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, or similar
• Experience with model retraining workflows and production data management
• Knowledge of best practices in monitoring machine learning models in live environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
