What you will do

Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (SR&T) – Regulatory & Financial Risk practice in Southeast Asia. We provide risk transformation, data and modeling solutions focusing on some of the unique and complex issues our clients are facing. Advise our clients how to optimize compliance programs, standardize processes and transform compliance to protect their value across the business, while building great visibility, efficiency and confidence for the future.
 

We are seeking an experienced Consultant with a strong background in AI/ML development and full-stack application engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building applications using Flask, Vue, or React, and a proven track record with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. This role combines technical excellence with client-facing consulting, enabling organizations to unlock value from advanced AI and data solutions.
 

The nature of the work we do includes: 

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client objectives.
• Architect and implement end-to-end solutions, integrating back-end and front-end components for seamless user experiences.
• Build and maintain robust web applications using Flask (Python) and modern front-end frameworks such as Vue or React.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain Docker-based containerized environments for application deployment and scaling.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including data scientists, researchers, and business stakeholders-to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security, and documentation standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain applications and infrastructure in cloud and on-premises environments.

You are someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI/ML model development and deployment, including hands-on implementation of AI/ML solutions (Generative AI is desirable).
• Strong proficiency in building web applications with Flask (Python), and front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js.
• Deep understanding of Docker for containerization and orchestration of applications.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipeline setup and management (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders efficiently.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and client engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional DevOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible).
• Exposure to MLOps, LLMOps, or deploying generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and API development.
