Data Analyst, Transact & Save (T&S)

Grade: 4.3

Role Type: Permanent, Full time

Location: Bengaluru

Data Analyst, Transact & Save, plays a critical role to support the delivery of end-to-end initiative management including the development, delivery, and measurement of market-leading Commercial deposits, savings, transacting and merchant initiatives.

What will your day look like?

• Analyse and interpret data to develop actionable business recommendations for T&S initiative s, presenting information in clear, logical, and compelling formats.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Commercial Data, T&S, and the wider ANZ to support T&S initiatives.

• Support the management and monitoring of T&S initiatives, overseeing the entire value chain effectively.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on T&S initiatives, ensuring systems and processes are compliant with both internal and external regulations.

• Support reporting requirements such as performance dashboards and success metrics specifically for T&S initiatives, enhancing ANZ's management of obligations and commitments.

• Identify, prioritise, and manage enhancements and improvements for T&S initiatives, overseeing implementation when necessary.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• 7+ years experience in Data Analytics

• Demonstrated analytical and data insights capabilities

• Strong experience in interrelationships between Commercial and Institutional data sources

• Strong reporting and data presentation skills and techniques

• Data visualisation skills

• Strong knowledge of CAP/CACHE

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Good communication skills and a team player

• Product analytics and insights experience is favourable

• Hands-on knowledge and experience with tools and techniques for analysis, data manipulation and presentation (e.g. Knime, SQL, Qliksense).
