Requirements

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Power BI Developer to join our team and help transform data into meaningful insights. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design and build intuitive dashboards, and ensure data integrity across our reporting ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements for new and existing BI reports and dashboards.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards that are clear, scalable, and performance-optimized.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from Snowflake and other sources.
• Integrate Power BI with Snowflake while ensuring secure and efficient data modeling.
• Conduct report validation with users to guarantee accuracy and functionality.
• Manage the full report lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Continuously enhance reports based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
• Maintain documentation on data models, report specs, and validation processes.
• Champion BI best practices around data governance, security, and visualization standards.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience building BI reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Demonstrated success gathering requirements directly from business users and translating them into BI solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and report optimization best practices.
• Experience with DAX in Power BI.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
