Senior Data Analyst

In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering measurable business outcomes through financial and product analysis, supporting Business, Product and Operations management, and driving proactive insights that shapes strategic decision-making. The role includes broad data work within the team and some maintenance of our current analytics applications and scheduled solutions. • Drive analytics delivery for your business domain area. Deliver clear, outcome-oriented analysis in areas needed supporting our transformation, business performance, and product profitability, focusing on results that drive real impact.
• Create and own a map of analytics solutions for your business domain and work on always improving and making sure that analytics solutions portfolio is aligned with business/product needs.
• Query and manage large datasets using SQL, ensuring clarity, quality, and effectiveness in data interpretation.
• Develop and maintain impactful dashboards and business intelligence reports using QlikSense and future BI platforms of our choosing.
• Actively lead and contribute to the adoption and integration of cloud-based technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, setting the tone by embodying ownership, accountability, and a clear focus on aligned business direction.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years in data analysis, preferably within the banking, retail finance or financial services sector
• Advanced proficiency in SQL 
• Experience with QlikSense and familiarity with other BI tools
• Exposure or willingness to learn Python and adapt to cloud-based querying technologies
• Solid understanding of banking operations, financial products, and business/product profitability
• Ability to be in Helsingborg office at least one week per month
