Position: Data Science & AI Lead Director

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement data science and AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead a team of data scientists and AI professionals to deliver innovative solutions and drive project success.
3. Utilize advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on data science and AI initiatives.
5. Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for applying data science and AI solutions.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data science and AI, integrating new methodologies into project work.
7. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and business acumen.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field with    20 + years of industry experience.
2. Demonstrated experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
3. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
5. Ability to drive business growth through the application of data science and AI solutions.
6. Certification in relevant data science and AI technologies is a plus.
7. Experience in project management and delivering data-driven solutions to clients.
