The position of Manager, Procurement – OHES Data and Process must work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to manage the collection, analysis, and communication of procurement owner and hotel engagement data and manage key processes to increase the adoption of the IHG Procurement Program. This resource will be an experienced manager, a strong and collaborative business partner, a professional capable of translating detailed data analysis into compelling narratives for internal stakeholders, IHG leadership, and owners and hotels. 

Your day to day

  • Collect and analyze program participation, spend, and compliance data to maximize owner and hotel engagement
  • Work with internal stakeholders to integrate participation and spend data across all IHG Procurement Program categories
  • Run analyses to support business development efforts, including identifying target hotels, reviewing opportunity analysis data, analyzing spend trends
  • Develop various presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership to communicate results of data analyses
  • Prepare status reports and provide tactical assistance with daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly department objectives 
  • Support the development of new technology and dashboards to streamline data collection and analysis
  • Manage the program participation dashboard and develop materials/reports for leadership
  • Lead price comparison analyses for hotels and owners, including coordinating the analyses with suppliers and developing materials to present results
  • Manage the food and beverage waiver process, including reviewing for compliance, coordinating analyses, communicating with internal stakeholders, as needed, and drafting responses to hotels and owners
  • Streamline and document internal owner and hotel engagement processes, including waivers, market baskets, data collection
  • Aggregate timely news and information for the participants page of the website
     

What we need from you

  • Demonstrated history of success and strong experience in data analysis 
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data based on Procurement strategy and goal
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks 
  • Create and deliver presentations with impact 
  • Collaborative and partnership driven 
  • Ability to manage risks and meet critical deadlines 
  • Demonstration of intellectual curiosity to drive continuous learning 
  • Foster a climate of open communication, trust and respect 
  • Facilitates effective discussions while focusing on successful outcomes for the team  
  • Effectively communicates across varying levels of the organization

 

Travel - 

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office.  This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary for this role is $58,844 to $125,000.  This role is also eligible for bonus pay.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
