What you’ll do

As our Data Analyst, you'll transform raw information into actionable intelligence, driving strategic decisions across the business. You'll:

  • Collect and Manage Data: Gather data from diverse sources and take ownership of the business master data management framework and data governance. 
  • Ensure Data Quality: Clean, validate, and normalise data to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
  • Integrate Data Sources: Combine data from various systems to create a unified view of business performance.
  • Develop Reports and Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and reports in relevant systems and Looker to track key metrics like velocity, win rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Identify Trends and Patterns: Analyse data to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Business Operations teams to understand their data needs and drive data-driven initiatives.
  • Communicate Data Effectively: Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in data analysis or data governance. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions from data.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.  
  • Understanding of revenue and customer success-related metrics and KPIs, and the sales, marketing, and delivery processes.  
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and analytical techniques.  
  • Proficiency in SQL, Spreadsheets and data visualisation tools (we use Google, so Looker Studio and Google Sheets are preferred).  
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modelling techniques.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce report building, dashboards, exports, and reporting automation tools. (desirable)
  • Experience with Marketing, Finance, and Delivery tools (desirable).
