Job Description

Are you passionate about turning complex data into powerful insights that shape how we work and grow at the LEGO Group?
Bring your analytical mindset and data visualisation skills into play. We are looking for a student worker to support our team in transforming People data into meaningful dashboards and insights that inform how we attract, retain and grow talent across the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Rewards team to interpret, visualise and present people data in ways that support strategic decision-making.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and other data visualisation tools.
  • Support in organising data streams and building a robust data hierarchy for reporting clarity.
  • Aggregate, clean and structure data to increase usability and accessibility for internal stakeholders.
  • Design and support the creation of presentation materials to communicate data insights effectively.
  • Share insights and collaborate across the broader Rewards team to build awareness and understanding of key findings.

Play your part in our team succeeding

You will join the Employee Experience & Engagement team in the broader context of Global Rewards within the People, Places & Culture organisation. Here, you’ll be working with passionate and experienced colleagues focused on building a future-fit total rewards experience for our global workforce.

As part of our data visualisation and insights efforts, your work will play a key role in informing strategic people decisions — everything from global benefits experience and EU pay transparency to hybrid working insights. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in Billund and across the globe, while getting hands-on experience with the tools, systems and data that power our People agenda. You’ll also bring your interest in using AI tools to help surface insights, improve efficiency, and shape smarter, data-informed decisions across our people landscape.
In Employee Experience & Engagement, we are a dynamic and collaborative team with diverse backgrounds and expertise. This includes areas such as HR, social sciences, communication, design thinking, and project management. We are excited to add your analytical thinking and data skills to our ways of working and to welcome a new member to our truly global team.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in UX, Data Science, AI, Cognitive/behavioral science or a related field at a Danish university or business school.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a keen interest in data visualisation, with the ability to interpret and communicate data trends.
  • You’re confident working independently with data and visualisation tools to produce meaningful insights.
  • You’re familiar with Power BI and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are familiar with data modelling and principles regarding data architecture.
  • You have some skills, knowledge and/or interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance data insights.
  • You are curious, eager to learn and open to working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
  • You are available to work up to 15 hours per week, including at least one day on-site in Billund.
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform is a plus (Automate and Power Apps).
  • Experience with programming skills such as R & DAX are a plus but not necessary.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
