Edge Processing / Edge Computing Expert

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Edge Processing / Edge Computing Expert to join our dynamic team.

About the product:
A global location data and mapping platform that provides services such as real-time navigation, geospatial analytics, and fleet management.

Responsibilities:​
-Participate in client-facing meetings to explain and defend proposed edge computing architecture
-Translate business needs into technical requirements and design scalable, robust edge processing systems
-Support proposal development with high-level technical input
-Provide guidance on AI/ML model deployment at the edge (e.g., traffic sign or lane detection)
-Collaborate with business and delivery teams to define integration strategies with HERE’s mapping infrastructure
-Advise on hardware/software selection for in-vehicle processing setups (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm AI chips)

Requirements:
-Proven experience in projects involving edge computing or edge AI, ideally in real-time data processing environments
-Familiarity with embedded systems, on-vehicle computing, and sensor data fusion
-Solid understanding of machine learning, especially for feature extraction from imagery or LiDAR (YOLO, MobileNet, OpenCV, etc.)
-Experience in automotive, GIS, or mapping technologies is a major plus
-Understanding of cloud-edge integration patterns
-Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with enterprise clients
