Are you ready to dive into the world of data and make a real impact? As a Data Analytics and Insights Lead, you'll be at the forefront of analyzing clinical, operational, and real-world data to uncover patterns and trends that drive improvements in data quality and processes. By applying exploratory data analysis, you'll extract meaningful insights from diverse data sources, supporting business intelligence and enhancement efforts. This role requires a blend of analytical, data science, and data development skills to assess project objectives, understand the data landscape, and design effective outputs.

Accountabilities

- Support the development and execution of data solutions strategies for Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in adopting cutting-edge digital tools and platforms, driving continuous innovation.
- Perform data wrangling, transformation, and text mining to create new datasets for high-quality research workflows.
- Design data preparation workflows and define outputs for projects.
- Foster an agile, value-focused culture and contribute to technical projects aimed at improving data-science tools.
- Utilize predictive analytics to forecast future outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align data insights with business initiatives.
- Communicate data-driven insights and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 7 years of experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL. Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in data visualization development (e.g., Power BI)
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information in business language
- Experience with data integrations and data flow architectures
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to clinical data and trials (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Effective verbal and written communication, influencing, and partnering skills
- The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and non-linear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Strong knowledge of emerging, innovative technologies in clinical trial management
- Experience of working in a global organization with complex/geographical context
- Experience in agile working practices and a good understanding of project management techniques and methods
- Knowledge of the end-to-end clinical trial process
