Role’s Mission

We are seeking a Data Quality Senior Analyst to join our global Data Quality team. The mission of the Data Quality Senior Analyst is to lead initiatives that ensure the highest quality of data collected from our consumer panels, enabling our clients to make informed decisions.

This role involves working collaboratively with Global and Local Operations, Product, and Quality teams on various projects to deliver new products based on innovative data collection methods and integrate this new data into existing products.

Key Outcomes:

  • Support the global data quality director in project governance, quality standards, and strategic project conversations.
  • Create and deliver globally consistent methodologies for monitoring input data quality, sample selection, and data projection.
  • Develop and run simulations on all parts of the dataflow to assess and compare data quality across various segments – macro and micro.
  • Provide expert advice and consultancy on defining data quality standards and measurement.
  • Collaborate with global and local quality, operations, and data product teams to ensure methodology and output data integrity and consistency.
  • Responsible for delivering all necessary inputs to production for full delivery of this project

Key Capabilities

Your background will ideally look like this…

  • University Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) in fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum required).
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of statistical methods, data science, and/or analytical modeling, with a broad knowledge base across the wider data analysis landscape.
  • Extensive programming experience with R and building Power BI dashboards.
  • Proficiency with Python, SQL, and advanced Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to explain data processes and defend data quality in project and commercial conversations.
  • Prior working experience with panel, shopper, or survey data would be advantageous.
