Job Description
At Bosch, we are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Developer to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in leveraging data to optimize HR processes and inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and other tools for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Design and implement data models (e.g., Data Vault, Star Schemas) for efficient data warehousing.
- Manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into the warehouse.
- Develop insightful data visualizations using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle APEX, and Python libraries.
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL pipelines connecting various source systems to data lakes and lakehouse architectures.
- Work with Databricks, Apache Spark, and PySpark to process large-scale data efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose data-driven solutions.
- Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure project delivery within timelines and quality standards.
- Apply Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrotechnical and Computers Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a similar role, preferably within HR or IT domains.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and data modeling (e.g., Data Vault, Star Schemas).
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
- Ability to create compelling data visualizations using tools like Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle APEX, and Python libraries.
- Familiarity with database systems such as Oracle SQL and SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with data lake and lakehouse environments, including Databricks and Apache Spark (PySpark).
- Proficiency in developing robust ETL pipelines to integrate heterogeneous data sources into centralized data platforms.
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics techniques, and experience with tools such as Databricks, Talend, CPI, and BODS is a plus.
