What you'll do:The Data Integrity Intern will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Planning and Analytics team in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and proper closure of key master data and transactional records within Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role will involve meticulous data review, identification of inconsistencies, and execution of cleanup tasks across product, vendor, customer, and warehouse master data. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in data management, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and supply chain operations.
The opportunity- 12-month work-term beginning September 2025.
- Full-time, paid internship: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs/week.

- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of product, vendor, and customer attributes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Review and clean up old and inactive warehouse codes within the system.
- Support the closure of old and inactive Purchase Orders (POs) within the system.
- Assist in the closure of old Manufacturing Orders within the system.
- Identify and correct any data discrepancies or missing information
- Document the data cleanup processes and findings.
- Assist in the preparation of reports summarizing data integrity status and progress.
- Collaborate effectively with members of the Supply Chain Planning and Analytics team and other relevant departments to resolve data issues.
- Communicate clearly and proactively regarding progress and any roadblocks encountered.
- Assist with other data-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate - advanced experience in Excel.
- Familiarity with database concepts and data management principles is an asset.
- Exposure to or interest in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a plus.
- Experience with SQL is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
