We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our growing Data team at Yepoda. In this role, you will lead impactful analytics projects across the company—driving strategic decisions through advanced modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication of insights.

Your Tasks

• Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Build robust data models and perform deep-dive analysis to support initiatives such as forecasting, churn prediction, cohort analysis and marketing performance evaluation.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across marketing, product, and operations to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.

• Marketing Data Expertise: Analyze performance from paid marketing campaigns, influencer activities, and web traffic using platforms like GA4 to optimize ROI and audience engagement.

• Dashboard Development: Design and maintain user-friendly dashboards using Looker Studio (or similar tools) to support both high-level KPIs and day-to-day operations.

• Self-Service Analytics: Oversee the progress and usage of self-service analytics tools, ensuring they are reliable, accessible, and effective for business users.

• Mentorship: Guide and support analytics interns, providing feedback, structure, and learning opportunities.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple analytics projects, balancing speed with accuracy and business value.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or a similar role.

• Strong foundation in statistics, data modeling, and data interpretation.

• Proficient in Python, SQL, Looker Studio, dbt, git, and Jupyter Notebook.

• Experience with marketing analytics, including data from paid ads, influencer marketing, and GA4.

• Solid understanding of e-commerce and business intelligence workflows.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a willingness to mentor others.

• Experience managing or supporting small-scale projects with multiple deliverables.
