  • Partner with clinical and operational teams to turn real-world challenges into data science problems — and solve them!

  • Create clear, impactful dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, HL7/FHIR).

  • Solid knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.

  • Exceptional communication skills — ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Passion for improving pediatric healthcare through innovation and teamwork.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Knowledge of home health, DME, or pediatric care workflows.

  • Understanding of value-based care models and healthcare quality metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working with large, complex datasets and enterprise-level data platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake).

  • Experience in healthcare operations or financial systems is highly desirable, including EMRs, EHRs, or claims and revenue cycle data.

  • Strong background in developing and presenting data visualizations and executive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and other healthcare data privacy regulations is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Ph.D. a plus).
