You will be responsible to:

• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Help prepare detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and other data visualization tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects by providing data insights and recommendations.
• Learn and apply best practices in data analysis and operational excellence (OPEX) methodologies.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform tasks in a safe manner, adhering to environmental, health & safety rules/procedures, regulations, and codes of practice.
• Execute professional activities in compliance with internal and external requirements, promoting the implementation and maintenance of company policies, systems, and procedures.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

• University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Educational or training experience in data analysis or operational excellence is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct tasks in accordance with established rules and procedures.
• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of the MS Office package.
